Hamilton Winter Sports 2011-12
More information on tryouts and practices will be posted once it becomes available. If you are new to Hamilton you must complete a registration and physical form before tryouts. The first two pages need to be filled out by the student’s parent/guardian and the last two pages need to be filled out by their doctor. The registration form is valid for one school year and the physical form is good for 24 consecutive months.
