The Special Education Services at Hamilton serve students with many diverse needs.  Currently we have three inclusion classes: one at each grade level, where many level 1 and 2 students are integrated into general education Language Arts/Social Studies classes.  HIMS also has one rotation class serving level 3 and some level 2 students in math and LA/SS.  Rotation class numbers are generally smaller than typical classrooms, allowing for more individualized attention.  In addition, HIMS has five self-contained programs: an Emotional Behavior Disorder (EBD) class, an Autism class, one Generic class and two Low Incidence classrooms.
